A home inspection will help you learn as much as you can about the property you are considering buying in an effort to help you make a more informed decision as a buyer. As a Certified Home Inspector, I realize that the purchase of a home is probably the largest and most exciting investment you will ever make.
It makes no difference to me whether the house is large or small, or new or old. I look at all houses the same way, to determine if there are flaws that need to be addressed or conditions that could be potentially hazardous. I give a thorough inspection of the entire property, as though I am purchasing it for myself. I inspect everything from the roof to the basement or crawlspace, and explain my findings clearly to each client. I encourage my clients to try to be present while I am inspecting so that I can show and explain whatever flaws I may find. However, if a client cannot be present, I will give in detail in my report any and all findings in a reasonably priced, easy to read and understand digital format with pictures and descriptions of concerns.
Whether you need a pre-purchase, pre-list, or general home inspection, I am available to discuss how my service can meet your needs. I can also help you make an educated real estate investment. I can discuss with you the top 10 defects found in most homes
